Max Payne 3 dated for March 2012

Take-Two has announced an "expected" March 2012 US and European release for Rockstar's Max Payne 3. The publisher said the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC game "promises to deliver a dark, gritty action experience that is sure to satisfy newcomers and fans to the historic franchise"."Max Payne 3 gave us an amazing creative opportunity to evolve one of our most iconic characters," said Rockstar founder Sam Houser. "We're excited to show fans a modern version of Max that pulls them back into his dark and twisted story." Having been way too quiet about the third-person shooter for some time, Rockstar got us all excited with a new batch of screenshots late last month.
